The MEEM Cable is a smartphone charger and backup device in one cable. Every time you charge your smartphone you back up the data stored on it to the MEEM cable itself.

MEEM Memory (“us”, “we” or “our”) operates the MEEM Memory mobile application (the “Service”) along with our hardware product, the MEEM Cable (the “Hardware”).

No usage data is collected by the Service except for diagnostic purposes, which will be performed only with your explicit permission.

No tracking mechanisms or cookies are used by the Service.

Use of Data

The Service collects the data for the sole purpose of backing the data upto the Hardware. We never access your data stored on the Hardware unless you have sent it to us for diagnostics and repair or to comply with our legal obligations.

Transfer of Data

Your data is saved by the Service onto the Hardware. During backup and restore operations, no data is transferred by the Service to us or to any third parties. Using the graphical user interface of the Service, a user can view and may choose to share or transfer the data stored in the Hardware with third party apps. Such transfer of data by the user is out of the scope of this privacy policy.

The security of your data is important to us. We use the best commercially available means to protect your data but no method of electronic storage or transmission over any medium (including USB) is totally secure. Consequently, cannot guarantee its absolute security.
